The curved bottom

The curved bottom is the most common pool bottom because it consists of a shallow end and a deep end, meeting everyone’s needs: a play area for children and a swimming area for adults.

For a curved bottom (with or without a safety step), you can choose a standard liner for your pool (subject to compliance with the depth limits).

The manufacture of the standard liner for curved bottoms is subject to compliance with the maximum depth limits based on the dimensions of your pool. To find the maximum depth of your pool’s deep end, use the following calculation method: 1/2 width x 0.30 + 1.10 m.

The flat bottom

A flat pool floor allows the whole family to have fun in a shared space of the same depth, providing additional comfort for water fun.

The choice of your pool floor and its color will determine the construction of your liner. It’s therefore useful to know that for a flat floor with a safety step, you must choose a custom-made liner.

The bottom to dive

With its steep drop-off and pool, the diving floor is reminiscent of Olympic-sized pools. It is particularly recommended for diving and competitive swimming.

The safety walk

The safety step, located 1.10 m below the pool coping, provides undeniable ease of movement around your pool.

Also known as a “safety ledge” or “peripheral walkway,” the safety step, located 1.10 m below the pool coping, provides undeniable ease of movement around your pool without hindering swimming or diving. It also allows you to rest or chat without tiring! It’s also a safety feature for children, who can easily reach the edge of the pool.
