Responsible manufacturing processes
The Green Box Solution, installed since 2002, allows us to recycle waste heat from our injection molding workshop into a heating product for the various production facilities.
The presses in our injection molding workshop are equipped with shredders for waste and operate in a closed circuit.
Our entire fleet of trucks runs on electricity.
All our production waste is identified and treated. We recommend reducing and reusing waste as much as possible before recycling.
Sustainable Purchasing Policy
We have structured a sustainable purchasing policy.
We work with our partners around four main areas:
- Ensuring responsible behavior in supplier relationships
- Sustainably improving the quality of relationships with our supplier, subcontractor, and service provider partners
- Integrating environmental and societal aspects into our purchasing
- Contributing to the economic performance of our ecosystem
We have drafted a CSR charter for our partners. We hope they will engage with us on issues such as respect, dignity, health, safety, the environment, corruption, and illicit practices.
To ensure our partners’ adherence to this charter, we may commission external firms to conduct compliance audits. These audits may lead to the implementation of corrective actions by our partners.
Guarantee quality products
The quality of our products is essential; we strive to guarantee our customers maximum satisfaction when using our products. Our premium positioning requires this, both for our own manufacturing (choice of materials) and for our commercial products (choice of suppliers).
Quality is everyone’s business at Piscines Magiline, each at their own level, each in their own role.
We also listen to feedback from our distributor network and our end customers as part of this continuous improvement process.
